Lucid Keystone Co., Ltd. provides technical analysis training from the studio at 23 Sunhwan-ro, Buk-gu, Gwangju, 61102. You can reach us at info@lucidkeystone.click or 062-513-8820. Using the website, sending an inquiry, or attending a sitting means you accept these terms.
The sittings
We teach a chart-review routine on paper. Rates on this site are informational until we confirm them by email. Payment, when a place is accepted, is by bank transfer. Nothing on these pages is an offer to buy or sell a security, a managed account, or a signal service.
You remain responsible for your own orders and for the names you choose to mark. Examples in desk notes are illustrations of how a sheet is marked. They are not recommendations.
Intellectual property
The wording of the eight-step card, the text of this site, and the studio’s photographs belong to Lucid Keystone Co., Ltd. unless a page says otherwise. You may keep the printed card you are given during a sitting and use it for your own marking. You may not resell the card, republish the site text, or present the routine as your own course.
Your level book remains yours. We may write in the margin during an audit or a studio week. We do not claim the notes you wrote before you arrived.
Acceptable use of the site
Send inquiries that describe a sitting and the charts you keep. Do not send account credentials, resident registration numbers, or material you do not have the right to share. Do not attempt to interfere with the site’s files or with another visitor’s use of it.
Liability
Chart study can be practiced badly, and markets can move against a careful sheet. To the extent Korean law allows, Lucid Keystone Co., Ltd. is not liable for trading losses, missed sessions caused by transport, or decisions you make after a sitting. We are liable for fees you paid us where the refund page says a return is due, and for harm caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
The website is offered as published. A page may be updated when a fee or a seat count changes. The version you relied on when we confirmed your sitting by email is the one that governs that booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that are not settled by correspondence are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gwangju District Court, unless Korean law requires a different venue for a consumer matter.
