How to ask
Write to info@lucidkeystone.click or telephone 062-513-8820 and name the sitting, the date, and whether you want a refund, a reschedule, or both. We confirm what is due within five business days of a complete request.
Desk sitting
Cancel at least seventy-two hours before the sitting and the ₩180,000 fee is returned in full. Cancel inside seventy-two hours and half the fee is returned. A no-show, or notice after the start time, is not refunded, because the desk was held. One reschedule is offered if you write before 18:00 on the previous day. A second move is treated as a cancellation.
Twelve-week review studio
A holding amount of ₩400,000 keeps your place and is part of the ₩1,850,000 fee. Withdraw at least fourteen days before the first Tuesday and the holding amount is returned in full. After that Tuesday’s sitting has begun, the holding amount is not returned: the card has been printed and the first margin remarks are underway.
If you leave after the studio has started, we return the unused portion of the tuition, less the holding amount and less ₩80,000 for each evening already held or already missed without notice. Printed cards already issued are not billed again and are not refunded as a separate item. If we cancel the studio before it starts, every amount you have paid for it is returned.
Level-book audit
If you ask for a refund before remarks have been written in the book, the ₩240,000 is returned in full and the book is given back unmarked. Once margin notes have been started, the fee is not refunded, including when you later decide you dislike the questions. If we cannot finish within ten days for a reason on our side, you may choose a refund or a new return date.
Pre-open circle
The monthly fee is for a chair across eight mornings. Cancel before the first Tuesday of that month and the month’s fee is returned. After that first morning, the month is not refunded, including mornings you miss. We do not sell single mornings.
Method and timing
Refunds go back by bank transfer to the account that paid, in won, within ten business days after we confirm the amount. We do not refund in cash at the door. If the paying account has closed, send the new account details in writing; we may ask for a copy of the original transfer record before sending the money.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Studio evenings missed without notice count as held for the unused-portion calculation. Circle mornings missed without notice are part of the month you already paid. Illness with notice before the start time can be moved once inside the same studio or the same month; we do not extend a studio past its twelfth week for repeated absences.
Materials
The only material included in a fee is the printed review card and the pencil remarks in your book. We do not ship goods. A card already printed for a studio that you leave is yours to keep and is covered by the non-returned holding amount rather than by a separate charge.
