What we collect
If you write through the contact form we receive your name, email address, the sitting you ask about, a preferred date if you give one, the number of instruments, and your message. If you telephone, we keep a short note of the call. If you pay a fee by bank transfer, we see the name on the transfer and the amount.
We do not ask for resident registration numbers, broker passwords, or account balances. Please leave those out of your message.
Why we use it
We use these details to answer you, to hold or decline a sitting, to keep a record of what was agreed, and to meet bookkeeping duties on fees received. The legal bases we rely on under the Personal Information Protection Act are your request to be contacted, the contract for a sitting once it is confirmed, and legal duties on business records.
How long we keep it
Inquiry correspondence is kept for twenty-four months after the last message, then deleted, unless a tax or commercial rule requires the fee record to be kept longer. Fee records tied to a paid sitting are kept for five years. A cookie choice stored in your browser stays until you clear it or one year passes, whichever you do first. We do not keep a copy of that choice on a studio server.
Who sees it
Minseo Park and Jaehyun Cho read inquiries. Our bank sees transfer details because that is how fees are paid. We do not sell personal information and we do not pass sitting notes to a marketing list.
International transfers
Studio records are kept in the Republic of Korea. We do not move inquiry files to another country as part of answering you. If that ever changes, we will describe the destination and the safeguard on this page before the transfer happens.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to suspend processing, subject to records we must keep by law. You may also withdraw a request that we continue a correspondence. To exercise these rights, email info@lucidkeystone.click. You may complain to the Personal Information Protection Commission if you believe a request was handled improperly.
Cookies
The site’s cookie practice is described on the cookie notice. Rejecting optional cookies does not limit your use of the pages or the inquiry form.
