Pre-Open Circle

Who it is for

People who can be in Buk-gu before the open and who want company while they run a card they already know, or are learning.

What you leave with

You practice the same sequence in a quiet room, on your own sheets, with an instructor keeping the group to the card. You do not leave with a shared call.

• A seat for the month, eight mornings
• The review card on the table
• A turn to read one level aloud if you wish

Outside the fee

• Private margin remarks on your book
• Discussion of live orders
• A guarantee of the same seat next month until you confirm

How the sitting runs

1. Arrival

   Doors open at 07:55. Sheets are on the table by 08:05. The card starts at 08:10 whether the room is full or not.

2. The forty minutes

   Jaehyun Cho reads the steps. Each person marks their own names. Conversation that jumps to a tip is brought back to the step currently on the card.

3. The close of the circle

   At 08:50 the pencils stop. People who need the cash open leave. The studio does not continue the circle into the session.

Before you come

Bring the names you will actually mark that morning, already printed. The circle is not the place to decide your whole watchlist.

Limits

Six seats. A seat unused in the first week is released only if you write before that Friday. The monthly fee is for the chair, not for each morning you attend.

Ask for the pre-open circle and name the month you want. Seats are confirmed by the Friday before the first Tuesday.
